Another little buddy is making his mark.

Rather than to elaborate, I'll leave the following link for reading. But, for those who don't know him, Derek Wagnon, son of Don Wagnon is making his mark this year in 125GP in CMRA. He nearly won a USGPRU race at Oak Hill Raceway this year against the country's best riders coming in second on a stock 95 RS125 Honda. This past weekend, he set a new short course record previously held by Nicky Hayden (this kid that used to run CMRA, you may have heard of him?) Read the link for more info.

I love watching these kids come from YSRs to national and world championships. I didn't get to see Nicky, was retired from racing when he came up. But, I followed Ben from CMRA and Will Gruy and Ryan Andrews are on their way and now Derek's next.

I have seen Derik race and he has a ton of potential.
very fast!

I watched him turn faster lap times at Cresson on a stock YSR than a another kid on a highly modified YSR.
