I've lost weight and these no longer fit. When I was 225#, 5'8", 38/32 slacks/jeans, they fit reasonably well despite being labeled XXL. Lightly worn, never down, hip and knee armor included.

When I was wearing 38's they were still a little loose. Almost too big in the butt. Suspenders helped a lot. Here's a review with sizing info. They even mention suspenders.
