Very interested in knowing what types of music (bands) TWT motorcycle folks listen to. Name your top five-ten bands. You can post some videos of them doing their thing if you like. This is our radio program so if you know an obscure or local band please post them up and maybe get them some new fans.

NOTE: Bob cavemen banging on hollow logs with bones is not an option!!!

1. The Rainmakers
2. The Jim Carroll Band
3. Bob Schneider
4. The Cars
5. The B52's

Posting with Tapatalk while riding my Tiger 955i at 15 over the speed limit.

Jim Carroll - not often you see him on any list.

My "favorite" 5 bands is at least 100 bands long! So here's this month's regular rotation on the iPhone:

Frank Zappa - Live at Hammersmith
Rob Zombie - Hellbilly Deluxe 2
Kaskade - Live at Coachella
Dave Matthews Band - Away From The World
and anything by Nine Inch Nails

well hmmm Cars are in my top 5, this is tough, given what Im listening to:

1. Eric Clapton
2. The Cars
3. Cowboy Junkies
4. Led Zepplin
5. The Sweet

I guess both music and motorcycles can get in your blood

Hard to have just a top five, I originally had ten but condensed it down. I so much enjoy The Cars, the only way they could be better is if they were called The Motorcycles!:rider:

Tom Petty was one of my top ten but I abbreviated it to five. Guess it is hard to even do twenty. I am crazy music lover. **** the torpedos. Still have all my albums and a Marantz turntable that works like new. Try to listen to music each and every day. Drew

GOOD GOSH!!! How old are all of you guys and when was the last time you bought any music (or should I say "records"?!) Just kidding guys:rofl: I'm probably older than most of you

I listen to Pandora almost exclusively these days. My tastes change every few weeks. This week my favorites are as follows:
Beatles
Otis Redding
Al Green
Frank Sinatra
I was recently turned on to Oasis and plan to listen to more of them in the near future.
Somebody mentioned Cowboy Junkies and I'm a fan too.

I am one of the few that doesn't listen to music when riding. Being a musician, I tend to pay too much time listening to and analyzing songs,
diverting my concentration from what I'm really on the bike to do, ride.

I rarely listen to tunes on the bike, it messes up my daydreaming. I do enjoy some Sara Brightman classical on a nice slow ride through farm country. :rider:

I'm an old guy, I just don't listen to old stuff.

Linkin Park
A7X
Eminem
Imagine Dragons
Killswitch Engage
