oops
Years ago, a good friend in Dallas took a taxi to Victory dealer, bought a bike, and took off rinding through Louisiana and Mississippi. He didn't tell his wife or anyone about it. He was gone nearly two weeks, camping as he rode, before he finally called her. Because he hadn't used his credit card, she thought something had happened to him and had reported him missing to the cops. Not long after getting back, he sold the bike and you can bet it was due to an ultimatum.
That is funny but it was just a tad extreme. Wonder what he was thinking in the last few miles to his home?
Chuck is wise!

And they said he saved it.
Not due to anything he did. Divine Providence!
Look at the 95° column. So when it's really hot increasing your speed raises the chill temp? But when it's colder increasing your speed lowers the chill temp?

Could be true lol, last summer on a gravel road ride, it was right at a 100, it felt worse on my face with shield up getting air than putting it down. It was like a hair dryer blowing on my face. Either extreme isn't much fun to me, but I am a wussy.

My ride yesterday morning was "off the chart". Lolbrrrr
My ride yesterday morning was "off the chart". Lol
Started the day with a 40° ambient temp and riding 75-80 mph to eat up some boring miles.
But by afternoon the sun was out and I was riding slower and warmer on nice hill country roads.
