So who's going?

Second Annual Vintage bike SMASH UP is Sunday, Feb. 24th. Store opens to the public at 2:30. LIVE BAND at 3:00 (weather permitting. Earlier in the day, we host an event for members of the NTNOA, so they'll be tons of cool vintage bikes here already. But later in the day, all are welcome to come out an socialize. We've invited the Denton Moto Collective crew out here, and we're doing our best to promote "Young meet the old". Audrey's Italian Beef will be served!

I don't fully get what this is.

Is it basically like an old car meetup that I see at gas stations occasionally?

Jarrett,

Same person who organized the motorcycle camping show is throwing this bash at her store in Dallas. The North Texas Norton Owners Association will be there in force with all their cool old bikes plus a bunch of other riders on their newer bikes.

You basically hangout to check out the bikes, band and all the cool stuff that Moto Liberty has for sale.

Might be fun to attend. I've been to several of NTNOA's Lake of the Pines rally events in years past & they do have quite a few cool old bikes.

Weather report shows it will be a sunny day.

Anyone got pics?

Rode the Water Buffalo over with my buddy Scott on his XS 650. Just like last year, there were a lot more modern bikes than vintage bikes. Still a fun way to spend a couple hours.

I'm guessing a '78 Honda CB 750 (probably a F model Super Sport). I going by the ComStar wheels, dual disk front brake, and black engine.

Later, Bud...

I was there on a KTM 1190 ADV R. Was a great turnout and beautiful day. Ended up joining the NTNOA club since it turns out I know several of them (And they gave me free beer).
