40 minutes South of Barnwell
The only one left standing is south east of Deadwood TX on Hwy 31 at the Texas Louisiana Line.

I'm in. Maybe we should drag along "the surveyor" to verify.

I can't believe they don't have this site caged off for its protection. 1841 ? Whoa
 
Thanks for sharing! I did not know that existed. As a registered surveyor here in the great state of Texas I feel obligated to go check this out. As mentioned above, road trip!

Here's some details. From Deadwood, follow FM-31 south for 10 miles, until you reach the Louisiana border. The marker and accompanying plaques are inside some short square fencing.

 
The International Boundary Marker was a stop on the 2016 Tiddler.

Thats a long haul for the XR
Maybe you could borrow that MB5 , just like my buddy's when I was about 13 years old. My neighbor said she would win the lottery and buy me a 60 inch ztr mower. Maybe I will do the same for you and get you one of those new 1250 gs things
