Thirty was tough for me, mentally. Forty was not even a blip on the radar. Fifty is a pain . . . in the joints mostly.
It ain't the age, it's the mileage.

Happy birthday.
I'm actually looking forward to the next 10 years. I'm gonna start doing track days, and by the time I'm 40 I plan on doing a dual sport trip to Big Bend,
and the wife and I are talking about adding a little poser or two to the family
So today is my last day of being young, of being able to say, "I'm in my 20's"
Tomorrow I crest the hill and turn 30

Pffft. I did that last November.
Hey, I'll be the big 3-0 on 9/11.
Welcome to the club. As a 2 year veteran...
My clock rolls over on Oct. 7th.
Get a Wing and we can start the 30 something wing owners club.
Be careful what you wish for. When I turned thirty, I took the MSF. A year later, I bought a bike. Another year passed by and I then bought a second bike and started doing track days. Two years later, at 34, I am doing every track day I can (afford) and started racing. My family and friends think I am having an early mid life crisis but I'm not so sure.
BTW, I actually forgot my 30th bday. It wasn't until my Grandmother called me the next day to wish me a happy birthday that I realized it.
Time to act your age. Change your avatar and user name. J/K
Wow, I thought I was the young one on this board. From the pie runs, you would think so. I am 36.
Happy Birthday!!

To use someone else's line... God wasted youth on the young. I wouldn't go backwards for anything.
Amen. I wouldn't mind being in my twenties again, but I wouldn't want to have to live through my twenties again. I'm happy with the age I am now. Old enough to know better, but young enough to go ahead anyway.
