come on guys! anyone can start this thread!

great turn out, much better than last time when only dedicated real motorcyclist came in the rain.

I don't know why some places don't take me seriously when I tell them how many people are coming. :headbang: she did do good being the only person serving that many people. and I enjoyed my tasty baked potato and steak smothered in onions.

so many folks taking pictures of the normal motorcycles I went and took pics of the side show bike!

this is what happens when a "artist" gets ahold of a perfectly functional sport bike :eek2: (it was a Kawasaki ninja 636)

the side stand is a torque wrench!

re-purposed fire extinguisher is the gas tank, it feeds to the cylinder where the fuel injection pump is located. note the seat traction devices to keep you from sliding back and getting split in two by the shark fin.

blade spinner axle ends, they ride on bearings. note the relocated rear brake rotor and caliper!

front view on the hog light thing, note the foot clutch and hand shifter!

who needs bark busters when you have brass knuckles!

Sorry Leon, I'll attempt a transfer.

I was at that one, but I think it was because it was so close to home, not because I'm all that dedicated. Still much better weather this time for sure.

I love the variety of bikes that showed up for this. I wish I could have attended.

the April run to Medina is the second best run of the year, so mark you're calendar!

I am going to strive to start the report thread and lock the sign up thread before I have to depart. going to see about activating tethering on my cell phone so I can do more stuff remotely.

I will be returning from a week of riding and camping in the wilds of Arizona that weekend. Won't be back in Texas until the weeee hours of Sunday morning.

My first pie ride. Great people, good food, nice bikes. Good conversation all around. Hope to make another. Old Dave FJ1100

Leon, how on EARTH did I miss that - what is it? Bobber? I never saw it.

Anyway, transferring from the other thread:

Slide show, 112Mb.

Lots of dups of that last post, but with music - and, those who are my age will be delighted I didn't use that NEW stuff this time :giveup:No Mumford and Son or .fun. And no Silversun Pickups (as I told someone I was going to use).

Another good run. Good food, nice bikes and great company. I had a blast camping. Thanks so Much all. No fun riding home in the wind though, but we'll worth it.

Had a great time running pie (although I didn't get any ... again... too full!), meeting new folks, old folks, and strange folks! A bunch of us - TTR, TxNorthstar, Zephyr and (sorry, Matt, I can't remember your name here...) down CR4010 and through the LBJ Grasslands, then hung out at 730 and CR 2468 waiting for TossingLead and bmwreddog to chase us back to Ray Roberts. Good food, good ride, great company!
