What a turn out, and the other group wearing pirate costumes accented our Power Ranger costumes nicely.

Nice seeing everyone, thanks Jerry for providing me with an idea/excuse for a shortcut from the house to Murphy's via Serbin, Paige, Blue, McDade, and Elgin, turned a five mile ride into over a hundred. Yay!

The A/C in the Tahoe was nice on the way to Winchester and home. I seem to smile a lot when I see fellow members at these events. You all are good folks. :sun:

.

Thanks Leon!
Had a great ride with Zephyr.
A little rain on the way down, but the 8 Oz Rib-eye was well worth it. :eat:
Enjoyed visiting with everyone and finding a new place to eat!
Very sticky and humid on the ride home. Had to make a few hydration stops. But that bite of chocolate pie kept me going strong. Thanks Skatz!
Nice F3 Rockman Tex!
Just a little over 300 miles for me. I wonder if my rear TKC can make one more event? Not going to push my luck. ;-)

nice turn out today, I counted a whole bunch:lol2: a group of us started the run a day early and camped at Buescher state park, some roughed it more than others. I don't know how big Dave could stand sleeping in such primitive conditions.

we ran up park road 1C, the connecting road between Buescher and Bastrop and checked out the damage and stopped up on top.

Finally! I took pictures of people instead of my food. Which I ate and it was good!

The morning ride through Buescher Park to Bastrop Park was wonderful (thanks, Hail, for the info!) and Murphy's had great food. The long slab-o-rama home was better because West has kolaches.

Another great pie run! Thank you, Leon, for organising, to everyone for great company, and for the happiest campers ever!

Thanks, Leon! Great turnout, great conversations and food.

Wonderful to see some folks that I hadn't seen in too long; Steve A, Donnie B and Walter- what an excellent surprise to see all ya'll! I hope next time we get to do some riding together.
