This joint is south of Seguin, at 6350 FM1117, Seguin, TX 78155. They are open Thursday through Sunday, with a limited menu on Thursday. I've had brisket, sausage, turkey, and ribs - most excellent! Others have said the fish is really good. They have a good selection of side. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly. You won't be disappointed.
 
Wow, kind of remote.
Ones like that usually are good though, done by somebody that likes smoking and is good at it so all their friends have been telling them for years to open a store.
Looks like it is a little metal barn next to a feed store.

it's a medium size metal building near a store that fronts the FM road.
