I saw a Facebook post with a three riders that were over 200 combined age. Got me to thinking (dangerous I know, rare), the 3 of us who pretty much weekly ride Cycleland are a combined 205. I'm sure there is other out of this group! Share your 3 guys! Or gals. The picture of the 3 guys is the Facebook guys!

@GSTJOHN, and don't let the grey hair fool, you those 2 guys are still pretty fast!

Included my young riding partner to make it worth while looking at us. She can beat me now!

Well I'm kind of cheating as there are four of us that usually ride Cycleland and we total up to 229 years - if we take out the youngest one and newest to riding with us we'd be a total of 180 :)

What is the bike with red frame? Modified trials bike? Where is the horse for guy on the right? LOL

It adds the seat and extended range. if you weren't in a big hurry probably be a blast in some locations.

It's a trials bike with a "long rider" kit. Most manufactures offer a kit of some kind that includes a tank and a seat.

Wow, that's my dream car right there.

Yeah it's been a lot of fun - installed Whipple Supercharger, headers, cold air intake, remapped ignition etc.... so ended up with 802 rwhp which is what it takes to break 200 mph in a mile as you can see I barely did it

I have a 2020 Ford GT also

Regarding some things, I'm still a kid at heart. Back in the day, slot car racing was the rage at all of the hobby shops and my dad helped me get into it. My first two cars were Ford GTs. Couldn't help but do as much research on the GT as was available to a kid at that time and have been in love with them since.

Haha that's funny - we did the slot car thing too and were still kids - this is in the back of my shop here at work - sorry to hijack the thread guys !!

Don't apologize for that. And I'm a fan of vintage Gulf livery. Extra thumbs ups for a classy JPS livery if you got it.

The only car I can recall having as a tyke is a Lola endurance racer. Don't remember the others.

2005 Ford GT
Cheater. :-P

Best I ever did at Texas Mile was 177 on a land speed Buell intended for Bonneville only. Sure I could have done a bit better with lower gearing but there's a fine line between getting up to speed quickly enough and running out of gear...might have come out a wash. I was good for over 200 once I got to mile marker 2 (219 being my ultimate top speed on a single pass that averaged to 217 at a World of Speed meet)

I was looking for a trials bike with a long rider kit when I ran across a 450 RR Beta , when I got it sorted from the stuff that need attention badly it is the best of both worlds , it will still get up and haul if you need to and can handle extream nastys with ease . When the Beta came home the 450 KTM was for sale .
