Slowoldguy had one for a while

The successor bike (Navigator) used an SV1000 engine !
But the installation wasnt as clean looking as the Duc 900 in my observation...

Elephant models also used various Duc engines
Raptors & V Raptors used Suzy 650 & 1000 twins
The lil 125 Mito was like fornication on wheels....ala Duc 996

Maintenance is keep blood (oil) clean at 2500 miles for me. Suggested is 7500 miles. Valve check at 12,000 miles. I think oil is cheap insurance.
