2007 BMW G650 X challenge with 8500 miles and in excellent condition. Always on a battery tender and garaged. I am the third owner. And yes, I removed the Blue X Challenge stickers. I didn't like the look and I'm just not a fan of BMW blue (hence the black Sit-n-Fly seat cover). I prefer my hodgepodge of stickers, but they all peel right off and one can buy replacements from BMW for $65 per side or buy a set off eBay for $60. Other than cracking open the engine, I've gone completely through it. All new fluids to include radiator flush and brake fluid flush, wheel bearings recently serviced, new brake pads front and rear, Uniflow filter and pre-filter, new plugs, recent valve check (and of course a new valve cover gasket, new fuel pump/in-tank filter/fuel regulator/in-tank screen, new Yuasa battery last year (summer '22), almost new TKC 80 tires (Oct '22), Ohlins rear shock, Black Widow silencer, HDB hand guards, 4 new blinkers, steel shifter (original OEM aluminum included), carbon can removed, Grip Puppy hand grips, USB port, battery tender cable, SW Motech rear luggage rack, Sit-n-Fly seat cover. She is cold natured, but I think that's a common trait with these. I've had it a year and I bought it from a guy in Arizona who bought it from the original owner in Arizona. I bought it to be my dirt bike, but it hasn't gotten much use because as I age I'm tiring of that kind of riding (I have a Norden 901 if I want to get off the tarmac). I would be willing to trade but only for a '70s-'90s 900 cc or 1000cc airhead, but that's about it. My number is 903-533-9584 and my email is jdcolette@yahoo.com

That was the first dual sport I ever rode and first one I dropped. Three times in fact on the Enduro Cross track at BMW Motorrad Days in Garmisch.

Beautiful place! I got to live there ‘97-‘98 and then was in and out for another decade. Wonderful place to live and work and raise kids! Great bike too. I sold an HP2 because it was too tall for me, and this one ain’t much shorter if at all. But ‘me ruff ridin’ days iz about over’. Never really got to ride this one rough. She’s mostly only seen my little 10 mile tarmac circle that upon which all my bikes do at least every two weeks.
