A couple of months ago I asked people to suggest a bike that would be good for me to ride short rides as I have had back surgery. I ended up purchasing this great 2011 Bonneville SE from a fellow in Dallas. He was the second owner and took excellent care of it and it has always been garage kept.
I like the bike but have decided to give up riding motorcycles due to my back and I am going to try riding a scooter.

The Bonneville is an SE with 86xx miles and excellent condition with no scratches. It starts and runs perfectly. It has the TEC adjustable rear shocks on it now and I also have the stock shocks.
I purchased a brand new set of Progressive 412 Series shocks and they are new in the box. The bike has a rear rack also.
It has a Triumph windshield in a box but I noticed it is missing a screw. I also purchased and installed a Fly screen for it along with a Battery Tender plug.
I bought a new center stand for it but due to my back I have not installed it.

I am located in NW Houston and would like to get $4500 for the bike.
I do have a clear Blue Texas title in hand and it is in my name.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to view the bike.

Thanks in advance
Jerry

Let me know if the price is too high. I am open to reasonable offers.

I can also lower the price by keeping the center stand and Progressive shocks and selling them separately.

My preference is to sell everything together.

Nice, GLWS. What kinda scooter you looking at? Just FYI, I had a Burgman 650 when I was having back issues. I thought the suspension could be better on it. I have a BMW C650 Sport now and the suspension is a lot better. I also think the TMax suspension was better than the Burgman.

I purchased a Burgman scooter yesterday in Austin. I had one several years ago and liked it.
I am going to give it a try.

It came down to the Burgman and BMW C650 GT.

2013 650 Executive

Very comfortable and low so it is easy to get on and off. Heavy but it doesn't feel that heavy.

The seat is very wide and fits my butt well. I have only ridden it about 10 miles so far.

I also feel better with my feet out in front of me.

Wish you all the best that it works well for you!
