Little more doable from my part of the world. 4 drops if chasing points. Caney Creek and Barnwell Mountain.
lol, guess you want someone to laugh at!Come on. Always room on my row.
Just outside Bastrop, if not raining a great property. Is the February 20 race close to Austin? I honestly don’t know where most of these happen.
Noice. If it doesn’t conflict with TORCS I’m in like Flynn.Just outside Bastrop, if not raining a great property.
Pretty sure it won't as they work together.Noice. If it doesn’t conflict with TORCS I’m in like Flynn.
As a member of Cycleland (although in no way a decision maker) I don't see this happening. There is some members that would like to have it but for the most part everyone seems to be happy without the hassle and wear n tear on the trails. Of course you never know. Now, just need Cycleland and OKC back on the schedule and it will be like the good 'ole days!
I do not see the mini info on their race flyer but usually TSCEC minis are Saturday afternoon.Anybody have experience with their Saturday mini enduros? I’m considering entering my boy in the Sandwinder mini if the racing starts early. If not, it’ll conflict with some family plans.
Thanks. I’m having a hard time even finding the race flyer.I do not see the mini info on their race flyer but usually TSCEC minis are Saturday afternoon.

That’s good info, thx. I shot them an email and I’ll keep my eyes on that link. The official TSCEC Facebook site will post the info as they get it from the Clubs. There is a Sandwinder flyer posted but all it says is registration is open. No other specific race info is posted. Here is a link to the site.

Also I do not know how your son rides, but if he can handle regular race trail that everyone rides on, you may consider the Super Short course on Sunday. He will be in with all the regular race traffic, but it will be better trail than what the Mini races on.
I really appreciate the help. I’m getting used to the TORCS routine but brand new to TSCEC, so any pointers are welcome. Do you have a registration link for Sandwinder?Sounds good. My kids are grown adults (at least in age, ha) and are chasing points. I make as many races as I can. We are already signed up for Sandwinders this year. Anything I can do to help let me know. I have been around TSCEC for 30 years.

Yes, but basically I think you are just directed to sign up through LiveLaps once you get there. No more paper sign ups as far as I know. Livelaps is how the race is scored so there is no getting around that. You attach a bar code under your helmet visor and it is scanned when you enter a test and when you finish a test. My kids actually pull up how they are doing on their phone while the race is progressing, if they have free time to check. The days of writing on a scorecard on a fender are gone.Is it still possible to just show up and sign up/enter at the event?
Thank you. I understand the bar code scoring and agree it is a good thing. My issue is with LiveLaps and Paypal, just too old school. But it has to be much easier for the clubs and workers. I'll figure something out, always a youngster around to lead me by the hand. Thanks again, if I make it I'll holler at you. For me, after I got through the whole change piece and got on board with it, the sign up part I think is much better. Now, using LiveLaps as the race scoring platform is something I have opinions about. It takes forever to get final results because there are almost always issues with scan rates, data transmissions, etc.
That would be awesome if you made it. Will be happy to help with anything.Thank you. I understand the bar code scoring and agree it is a good thing. Don't need a PayPal account. In smaller print, below the big PayPal button, is a link that allows you to pay using a credit card. which is how I do it.Thank you.
