This is a fun bike to ride and would be an excellent bike for a new rider. Enjoyable on back roads and gets 80-90 miles a gallon. It will cruise comfortably 65-75 on the highway.

I might be interested. Will let you know soon. Looking at some other deals.. Did you buy this new?

I did buy it new. I broke it in by the book. It is a fun bike and my only reason for selling it is not having enough time to ride 2 bikes. PM me if you have any other questions.

The bike would make nice low cost commuter, save on gas and easy to park, cheap insurance, plus fun to ride!

@RockmanTex is well known for rotating his bike collection, particularly once he's done with his tweaks . . . so if the price is right for the buyer, it is a safe deal.

Thanks guys for the nice and true things you said about me and my 49 bikes I’ve owned. CDC we miss you up here! You need to get back occasionally for a visit with all your good friends up here!

All of you old farts that are getting long in tooth like me and are thinking of getting out of bikes, don’t rush. Big heavy bikes are a handful on us oldies! I made that mistake 2+ years ago and sold all my bikes and gear. Once a rider you can’t get it out of your system. I’m back with 2 smaller, lighter bikes and life is good again. I’ve got the 300 Versys for sale because I really don’t have time to ride 2 bikes . Pickleball takes up a lot of my spare time. The Versys is the perfect bike for Seniors that want to still ride on a smaller, lighter bike. 385 lbs, 32 seat height, 4,5 gl tank with great mileage. Come check it out. If it sells great, if not double bike smiles for me.

You nailed me completely. Hands with arthritis. Sold a 2011 GSA, then tried and Africa Twin and a 2009 RT. Went back to a 2016 GSA for the smoothness and suspension. Now am beginning the search for a smooth as heck small bike. NOt sure I can go to 300cc, but maybe 750 is workable :-)
