I have the Fandango on my calendar, but.....the handbuilt show in Austin at COTA is the same weekend. Going to try and hit both.

Fandango, MotoGP, Handbuilt show, and the Texas Flat Track... tough decisions!!

I bought this album in 1975 for $7.00 and it changed my life.

That's $35.00 in today's debased currency.

That was equal to 7 yard mowings, a lot of scratch for a 9 year-old, but it was totally worth it.

It made me want to move from Louisiana to Texas. 😁

I'm going to take a pass this year. You can only look at so much Harley and Indian stuff n the swap meet and show.

Donny is a good guy! Used to ride a lot with him before the ride park took off. Here's Donny from 2014 at Outlaw Trap! lol

I guess the only way to see hand built is to buy moto gp tickets? Isn't it at COTO?

Unfortunately....The Moto GP tickets are steep in my opinion. Then they do a handbuilt "add on" ticket.
This may open the custom scene to a new group of folks that would not have seen these bikes but will alienate a lot of prior attendees in my view.
Bummer deal...

Harley seems to stepping up their profile at MotoGP this year with a Ducati Island style approach and buying up a large block of seats in Turn 15. Perhaps moving the custom show to COTA is part of that marketing.

Intresting , rode with Donny at his place and a few others stayed at his place a few times stopped by a couple years ago to say hi , havent talked to him since but his ranch was a full time job that day . And his place was as good as it gets for playing dirty in Arkansas .
