Howdy! - I'm working on rebuilding a 1989 KX500 I just recently acquired and want to have the crankshaft rebuilt. After some measurements I'm pretty positive the rod needs to be replaced (with new bearings, etc.). It appears there's little too much side to side play and want to take care of that right away.

Does anyone have any recommendations on who can do this near the Conroe/Houston area?
