My list 72 Kawa 175 enduro I think was F8, 53 Indian Brave, RD350 unknown yearbut road for several years, gs750 bought cb350 for 225.00. Gs went on the road fast after carb cleaning, CB got hardtailed and later sold to verticality challenged individual. then I augured a 82 honda 750 in a aman softride hardtail with 4 foot grider. Then was given a 76 Moto Guzzi convert that I still have with home made aluminium sidecar, 99 WR400, 93 Guzzi with sidecar, 96 Bata 250 trails bike, 2019 Versys 300, 2 hawk 250s and last 23 TX250. All in the last sentence are still in the stable.

You know how Kawasaki did the retro thing with the 900RS in recent years? I did it in 1979...LOL! I got a wrecked '79 KZ1000 at the shop I was working at part time. Only the tail section was damaged, but insurance totaled the bike. I grafted a '73 tail section on it and made the whole bike look almost like a stock '73 Z-1 900...arguably the best looking year for the whole Z-series. The '79 KZ1000 IMO was an ugly, boxy, looking thing. Anyway, my modded setup ended up looking more '73 than '79.

Here's some old pics from Austin Motocross Park in 1976. I raced a Honda 100 there originally that I rode to high school and work at nights. Dad saw my love for dirt bikes and used my college money for a new 1975 CR125 Elsinore and the following year, this 76'. That's my 68 SS El Camino too and my Dad's 67 3/4 ton Ford with the granny gear. Notice the Hot real Honda leathers! Still have them..

In the late 80's got heavy into hair scrambles and Texas Enduro circuit on this 87 CR250, wish I still had it! Later bought a YZ450F, ran a lot of hair scrambles but never liked the 4 stroke power. Eventually rebuilt this 02' YZ125 with big bore kit, suspension reworked. I could out run 450's off the starts! Here's a pic of it in my living room because I hadn't built a garage yet, the kitchen behind it was not there originally, took me 3 yrs to build, mainly waiting for cash from overtime. Looking to buy another 250 two stroke in retirement.

I had a 68' SS Camero and 67' Mustang and raced them at Little River in the late 70's. Oh, to be wise when I was young....and sometimes in my old age too! Looking to build a street rod in retirement, 66' Malibu with 540BBC. Race track will only be 30 minutes from new home.
