Very sorry for your loss. We will be praying for you and your family.

Thank yall for the support and kind words. The services and funeral took place over the past two days. Carlos would have been proud. The family is hurting, but the show of respect and doing what Carlos would have wanted everyone to do was great. The Viewing and Rosary were good, everyone seeing faces hat they haven't seen in so long, people were catching up. The Eulogies were perfect. The family gathering for a late dinner at a local burger place was a welcomed close to the hard day. The owner came out and thanked our large group of 25 for coming.

Yesterday the Mass and Procession to the Funeral were absolutely amazing. Family and Friends rode their bikes and lead the procession. The three motorcycle traffic officers who escorted the Procession were champs. They leapfrogged and had the roadway shut down the entire length of the drive from Church to Cemetary. It included shutting down Hwy90 and I37 in San Antonio - it was awesome. At one point in the drive we could see the lead rider up front and all the way back to the last car in the single file line, backgrounded by a wall of 3 lanes of traffic that were stopped on a crest of an overpass. It was a mile long - it looked awesome, that's when we knew Carlos would have loved it.

Carlos was a good man and the details of who he was and what he was about can't be captured from a simple blurb on the news. It was a long, emotional and busy journey. But Carlos would have been proud.

Oh I would like to say Thank You to San Antonio for your respect and support for Carlos journey.
