The big silver knob on the handlebars should adjust fork stiffness(someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Hand clutch, hand controlled rear brake(no front brake). The silver lever on the right side of the bars is ignition retard/advance for ease of starting, idk what the switch on the metal brace above the tank does.
