No problem. Just didn't work out. At the end, it was just going to be 2 of us and the weather was iffy for camping. We were both..."meh" ... about it so we decided to go some other time.Oops, sorry, didn't know!!
Done both. Oklahoma is fun to explore. There aren't many GPS tracks available in the area. There are some Very wide open dirt roads if you like to blow out the cobwebs. The 500 was more fun than the 1290.Some day (not during deer season), I would like to run the OAT up to around Talequah, and catch that Green Country Oklahoma Adventure Tour. I drove through there coming back from Eureka Springs back in October, and it looked interesting. There is an old thread on it here:

I was up in the area last weekend. Some endless roads with some very hidden "Hole in the Wall" eating places. Some creek crossings. Was on the 1290 and so I didn't get too adventurous. Next time will take the 500. If anyone feels like they want to explore let me know. I have a track I made that...www.twtex.com
