As I thought, I got mine at advdesigns, but they're nothing more than some heavy wire and clips, could easily be made from homedepot or auto parts supplies.

Someone asked about a pigtail, I'm assuming to work with the standard charger pigtail everyone uses. I would be concerned that cable isn't large enough to carry the needed starting amperage and would overheat, short, or melt. Just my $0.02.
