Finally the right weather and lighting conditions for the GoPros! - The "Kaiserjäger" - a historic military road from the times of the 1st World War - was in the morning hours with its shady curves the ideal route to get driving technically to "operating temperature". Around the Manghen Pass, the small and narrow roads are all freshly paved - but the wooded surroundings still clearly revealed the traces of the 2018 hurricane. The way back on this sunny afternoon made us hungry for a delicious ice cream sundae in the centre of Kaltern - but on foot because of the spacious pedestrian zone. . . By the way, this ice cream parlour at the market is definitely worth a recommendation! On the way back to the hotel, the really tough ones took a detour over the Mendel Pass. Oddly enough, there is "no trace" of this footage of the guide. I wonder if that was intentional.
