Trying to get my first pair or riding boots. Looking for adventure riding boots. Anywhere I look they only have 2 or 3 kinds of motorcross boots. Any suggestions?

Thanks-

Also check Bates Discount Cycle in Lewisville(?) or is it The Colony?

Also might check Adventure Moto in McKinney. I bought some Tech7s there and loved them. Just upgraded to the waterproof model(Amazon).

BTW, MX boots work GREAT for adventure riding. You can prolly score a used set off Craigslist or Marketplace for cheap if you look hard enough.

Cycle Gear...may have what you're looking for...?

Just picked these up this morning and just got back from their first ride on my VStrom1k. Comfortable and supportive but the toe box is thick enough gonna have to adjust my shift lever up.
Sidi Adventure 2 mid goretex boots. Can pickup online Revzilla or cyclegear or Amazon. Be aware they run a bit small.

Nice looking boots, hope you were able to get them from a real cycle outfit. I am a serious anti amazon guy for several reasons. Good luck with the shifting, that is a common issue. :thumb:

This may not be a popular response, but when it comes to items like this, I usually go to the place with the largest selection, order all that interest me, then I return what I don't. Revzilla works great for this. I do this with MX pants, boots, shoes, etc.
