Thanks for having me in your group. I have a 2009Klr 650. Stumbled across your group while looking for a solution to a backfiring/missing issue. Very competent and knowledgeable give and take and i think i found my answer.
I'll be getting on the road in a couple of days to start the TransAmerican Trail (TAT). I've never done anything like this and I'm sure I'll look to you folks for guidance as I fumble through the next month or two on the road!

Welcome, nice bike. Have fun on the TWT, would like to do that also.
 
There are a lot of members here in other states. So if you run into any issues while on your trip and need help, post up here and I am sure someone will be able to help you out or get help to you.
