Cedar Park(Austin) to Athens, TX: Looking for interesting road suggestions

I'm making a road trip from Cedar Park to Athens, TX sometime in the coming months. Wondering if anyone has discovered any interesting/entertaining roads that would make this trip more motorcycle worthy?

I don't really know of any personally but I have family in Athens so am interested to hear what people say.

If you find it, let me know. It all pretty much looks the same from Corsicana to Athens. I've tried 79, 31 and several smaller roads near Richland-Chambers Reservoir, but it all pretty much looks the same.

Texas Prairie thats been put to the plow, the occasional cow, normal bottom of the ocean from the Gulfian tectonic cycle. In other words nothing to see here , move along.
