"Totally rebuilt 2002 CR250. Bike flat rips and needs nothing. 812 suspension set up for 170# rider enduro spec." Another nice example but also more expensive, 4,000. It'll probably be available longer, lol.

I remember these being the xr400 killer. Sweet but I think the drz400 put them both to bed.

My friend bought his daughter one of these to run back & forth to Ursuline High School in Dallas. Not the same look as this one but the Catholic schoolgirl uniform on a scooter certainly stopped traffic!

Cute ad. Completely wrong about the no DL requirement. Some doofus will buy this and then go riding it on public roads without a license or with a suspended DL because the ad said so.

Mr72 looks like this seller might have been in one of your writing classes…. Nice writing and about 100% fiction. Gotta love these pics.

“It's been nearly 2years since the fall, the power grid went down sometime between when the dead began to rise and the lizard people ascended from their underground domain. Most of the remaining humans are reduced to tribes battling for food and fuel, the constant movement lifestyle of a nomad is your best bet for survival, but you'll never make it on foot, and that is where this little beauty comes in!

Here is a 2013 Honda Metropolitan, 49cc's of raw fuel efficiency! One 5 gallon jug of battle won fuel will power this beauty for 500 miles. Zombies on your tail? Not a problem, as this war machine will travel at speeds up to 40mph, faster than any zombie, and much more maneuverable than a subterranean lizard person's battle gopher!

I know what you're thinking, you don't believe the end will come any time soon, and that's a very optimistic view, but even if you're right, this scooter is the perfect daily commuter. It is completely street legal, and you don't even need a driver's license to operate it on the street, insurance is extremely cheap, and it's easy to ride and park in any location. Perfect for students, commuting professionals, or those with a suspended driver's license. Under seat storage is large enough to store a helmet, purse, nunchucks, or a 12 pack or more of your favorite beverage.

The scooter is located in La Grange TX, prefer local pick up, but I am willing to deliver for $1/mile for up to 100 miles paid up front before I drive to you. The scooter is in excellent condition, it has electric ignition as well as kick start, and both work perfectly. If the ad is up, it is still available. Trucker girl half helmet included. Feel free to contact me with any questions.”

Weather is getting nice, and it's time to get out and enjoy it. Posting for a friend:

Correct. Some people confuse the 49cc or less no motorcycle endorsement requirement with no DL needed.

No DL is true in many other states though. Get a DUI, lose your DL, buy a scooter for your transportation. That's why they call them "liquorsickle's"
