Dirt bike fails

Just can't put those fires out! That could be a real problem in the forest.
 
Stock tires said no more.

Day 1 on the KLR 650 Adventure. Note to self, bike is NOT a submarine. Good news, with a little help from a 4 wheeler, I was freed from the mire. The bike started right up and ran without issue. The muffler never submerged . Amazing build quality. After a good clean, she’s back to looking like a new bike. Really impressed with off road performance! Obviously I’m a newbie, but I look forward to getting back on the trails

He said he over jumped and then whisky throttled. He ejected before bike hit a tree. Was ok, bike not so much.

Good thing the factory pontoons were fitted.

Dried up pond/lake/creek/river bed - you can tell by the cracks in the dirt. Looks dry and solid, but that’s just a crust on top. Like I’ve said before, similar to the spoils area on Pelican Island. You never know how thick the crust is until you break through. Wonder how fast the rider was going when they hit that? Guaranteed trip over the bars.

Yep I was being to impatient several yrs ago in a race went to go around a guy by a dried up pond got to close to the soft edge 😳 Yep ate it ripped my right hand guard loose hurt my pride after the race guy i was try to pass says being a little aggressive were we. I ate the crow lol still finished 3rd
