I never said I didnt like it! Stop before Rex gets mad at me...
Oh, and it's not paint. It's just a BIG sticker

My list is rather short if you only count bikes I've owned. Bikes I've ridden is a completely different story ;)

2003 Copper SV650S "Ally"
2003 Silver DL1000 VStrom "Wilbur"

Oh, I thought you meant something else... Like the time on my SV that I let Wabbit try to keep up in Arkansas. We got new license plates after that.

Sleepy's new plate "|337"

Wabbit's new plate "pwnd"

Sorry if I screwed those up. I really don't do "dudespeak."

That CB450T was the US equivilent to the Super Dream I had in the UK. Great bike...

Suzuki had some great bikes out in the early 90's, the GSX1100G, the RF900, the RGV...

Cheers! M2

Gorsky! I hope you guys are more faithful to your spouses than your bikes! :D

After an adolescence spent riding OP's (since my parents weren't about to let any of us have motorcycles) I bought my first bike in early '79. Except for the 6" OS fork tubes it was a bone-stock 1974 FX.
344%3A%3B55523232%7Ffp58%3Dot%3E232%3B%3D94%3B%3D%3B49%3DXROQDF%3E23234%3A9%3C47563ot1lsi

Later, it looked like this:
344%3A%3B55523232%7Ffp54%3Dot%3E232%3B%3D94%3B%3D%3B49%3DXROQDF%3E23234%3A9%3C45949ot1lsi

I still have it, and today it looks like this:
344%3A%3B55523232%7Ffp58%3Dot%3E232%3B%3D94%3B%3D%3B49%3DXROQDF%3E232349%3A675839ot1lsi

I also owned a '76 Liberty Edition FXE (no picture available, but it wasn't much different from the '74), and this '96 FLH.
344%3A%3B55523232%7Ffp54%3Dot%3E232%3B%3D94%3B%3D%3B49%3DXROQDF%3E23234%3A9%3C488%3C8ot1lsi

I loved the FLH but, sadly, it wasn't any more comfortable for my wife to passenger on than the rigid-frame shovel. The seating position just didn't work for her. We let the FLH go in favor of this 2000 BMW R1100R, which puts her in a better position, and gives her more room to shift her weight around on longer rides. Sweet ride, too!

Last, and least, is the 1948 James Comet I bought in '82, as a restoration project.
344%3A%3B55523232%7Ffp54%3Dot%3E232%3B%3D94%3B%3D%3B49%3DXROQDF%3E23234%3A9%3C45942ot1lsi

It doesn't look a bit different today than it did when I brought it home, but I do! :D

Well, my list is rather short since I haven't been riding all that long either.

'95 Honda VLX (I bought it before I took the MSF course. I rode it once and thought it was too big so it stayed in the garage for 2 years. I told Scott to trade it in on his Sabre.)
'01 Honda Reflex (rode it for 1100 miles then traded it in)
'03 Honda SilverWing (rode it for 9300 miles then traded it in)
'05 Yamaha V* 1100 Classic (current - and I thought the VLX 600 was too big  )

I have only had a few bikes so this will be short.

Learned to ride on a '86(?) XR80R
Got my '82 XR200R when I was 13
Got the '02 VFR in 2004 and have since put 9,000 miles on it :D

I may be getting a ST (or similar) next spring :D

but I have loved everyone of these bikes

EDIT:
Got an '03 ST1300 the end of '06, rebuilt it (salvage) and put 10k miles on it before selling in October '07. Great bike, just prefer the Viffer :rider:

:tab Interesting how many bikes some folks have had over the years. I would venture to say their list of cars/trucks might be shorter for the same time period ;-) I've had my car since June 97. The truck before that for 12 years. The longest I have held onto a bike is about two years. It's not that I haven't liked all of them, there are just so many to choose from! Unlike Jay Leno, I can't afford a fleet of vehicles and private mechanics to care for them

Thought I might kick in my list. These are the ones I've owned, many more passed through the garage. Owned by my brother or our friends, I was the only with a heated garage and tools. I charged storage to pay the winter heating bill, and beer for the floor and tool rental. Not in any particular order:

1978 Suzuki RM80
1978 Kawasaki KZ1000
1972 Yamaha XS650
1972 - 1974 Kawasaki H2 750 triple, had about 3, by weight 5 or 6
1976 Honda 754 (CB750? chopped) It was a good deal traded for 1.75 of a triple
198~ Kawasaki 440 LTD (not sure what happened to this one)
1984 Kawasaki GPZ900 Ninja
1986 Suzuki RG500 Walter Wolf Gamma (may sell soon)
2001 Suzuki DRZ400S which is slowly being retarded oops motarded
