Dennis Leggett has confirmed the 2016 East Texas Tiddler Endurance Run is scheduled for Saturday, May 14, 2016. Final plans are TBD.

Rally central and the start/finish will be again be Boles Field Campground in the Sabine National Forest located on FM2694 at google map coordinates 31.77246, -93.96832 which is 6.9 miles East of Shelbyville and 3.6 miles West of FM139.

Camping is available at Boles Field http://www.forestcamping.com/dow/southern/sabcmp.htm#boles. The nearest motels are 8 miles East at Huxley Bay Marina or 15 miles West at Center. Last year there was a food truck at the campground for coffee, snacks & meals.

Warning: There is likely no cell phone service at Boles Field.

Below is the flyer/registration for the 2016 East Texas Tiddler Endurance Run - also attached as a .jpeg and a .pdf for printing. Please let me know if it doesn't work.

This year's format will the similar to last year with various classes allotted appropriate time windows to complete each leg. Generally speaking, in addition to the points earned during the run, additional points are awarded to smaller and older motorcycles.

Several of us folks from the Ark-La-Tex area plan to participate the year on steeds such as MB5, C70, CT90, XR100, non-descript scooters, TW200, XT225, KLX250 & CRF250, and perhaps a couple of sidecar rigs. I'd sure enjoy seeing East Texas R25/R26 BMW's in the run. :sun:

Sent in my registration - my friend Jim has graciously loaned me his MB5 50cc street bike for my Tiddling while Jim rides his plated XR100 with street tires. :rider:

We also have Michelle on her KLX250S, Jena riding support on her Burgman sidecar rig, Barry on either his XT225 or Ural sidecar rig, plus Eduardo teasing us and taking the forest road short-cuts on his KTM -unless he opts for our TW200 again.
