A new battery is arriving this week, and although it hasn’t been tested yet, Jarvis believes it will get the job done.
Could Graham make hard enduro history again on an electric bike?

According to LiveWire’s Head of Digital, the company achieved 386% growth in Q2 compared with the same quarter last year and has captured a reported 76% share of the U.S. electric motorcycle market year to date. LiveWire has also expanded through the acquisition of Dust Moto and is generating excitement around the new Honcho platform.

While several electric motorcycle companies have disappeared, scaled back, or failed to bring their products to market, LiveWire continues to develop new motorcycles, invest in technology, expand its portfolio, and build an actual owner community.

There is still work ahead particularly when it comes to achieving sustainable profitability but this kind of growth and continued investment shows that LiveWire is not standing still. It is adapting, pushing forward, and working to establish itself as a long-term leader in electric motorcycles.

For those of us who believed in electric motorcycles early, this is encouraging progress.

This guy buys a "bricked" Livewire for $3,500. These bikes are ranging around $8k - $12k on Facebook in Texas right now.

Harley Technicians told him it was a lost cause, junk, a garage wall ornament.

TLDW = He gets the Frenchman who actually wrote the software for Harley on vid-chat and un-bricks it. Score.

This angers me to no end. The waste. The lost money. The frustration. The jilted customers.

Dumb question #1. Do tariffs,make prices higher, lower or stay the same?
I know some foreign vehicles are made in America, but not many.
#2 Will foreign manufacturers open more factories in the USA?
I see this as an example, Royal Enfield 2025
The filling copied off internet. Royal Enfield shipped nearly 9,000 motorcycles to the United States ahead of anticipated import tariffs.
Royal Enfield produces over 1 million motorcycles per year, with a total annual production capacity of about 1.46 to 1.5 million units. Out of those, total international exports reach over 130,000 units annually.

I like the new Flying Flea C6 electric and I love the looks of it.
With increasing worldwide demand foreign electric auto and bikes manufacturers may not really miss the American market for some models.
So take Harley. Do the ones made in USA have the same price as the imported tariff Harleys?
Don't you love the line that says destination charge. 😂

Tariffs are a Tax on the End-User.

They always make prices higher.

Politicians like them because they give the appearance of taxing mean 'ol corporations or foreign enemies.

Corporations and foreign enemies do not pay the Tax. Both simply transfer the cost of the tax onto End-Users.

Tariffs are not always bad. They can be used to correct un-fair trade practices.

More often however they are used to provide financial rewards to a Politician's corporate benefactors at the expense of the Consumers who live under that Politician's rule.
