For backups and delay times I would trust Google Maps over anything else. Real time updates derived from actual user data. Stop and check Google before you get 100% committed to the closure route.

So, there's been a long time construction project - actually two of them - in the Eloy, AZ area.

The road widening & variable speed limit signs will be done by October. There's a bridge reconstruction project just west (physically north) of the I-8 / I-10 junction and it's supposed to be done before the end of the calendar year.

You can take 87 north out of Eloy, that will take you to Coolidge,
