Well it took long enough but I finally got all my stuff. Now it's time to get busy, tomorrow morning. It's 97 in my garage and it'll get worse this afternoon.

After a few gallons of sweat the fronts on. My hands are not happy with me. Gonna pay someone to do the rear. My hands will thank me.

NICE BIKE!!! Do they just come in blue??? :)

One thing these bikes have a history of is a little bit of wobble in the 40-50 mph range. I hope you do not have this problem. But if you do, what I have found that works to fix it, is to raise the forks about 10mm into the triple tree. My buddy installed a Scotts stabilizer. My solution was about $500 cheaper. :)

Nifty way to ship forks? I did a PIA of boxing mine up when I sent them to Traxxion. When I got them back, I stored away the nice purpose built box Traxxion shipped them in. But I like this idea.

This one came with the bike. Honestly, I haven't had enough seat time on it yet to notice any bad habits it might have. Gonna work on that real soon.😉

Passed with flying colors. I need more seat time to fine tune the fork settings and the tall seat while improving my leg ergos does have me tippy toeing now.

I can't speak for the bike but saw the forks the in the gun case....I shoulda shipped mine that way but was afraid someone would see the case and steal it during shipping. The UPS packages here get stolen a lot and UPS was the shipper GoRace preferred, so old skool cardboard box it was.

Anyway, I'm sold on tuning the suspension. It's expensive but gosh dang does it make the bike feel great and easier to ride. Now I'm thinking of doing the same to my TTR just because.

Food for thought here... insure the shipment for way more then it's worth. If they do get stolen, when you get reimbursed go ahead and upgrade to what you can afford with the moola..win win...:coffee:

Need a good overall picture with that high fender

I can do that for ya when I get home from the salt mine. I have a complete list of the ktm parts I ordered. The fork protectors needed a weeee bit of field modifications. Not my prettiest work but they are solid.
