I do have a question of those better with a camera than I.
Would setting White Balance help with color of the clouds & sky ?

I like it. Maybe 1-2 minutes earlier would allow a better detail in both sky to water reflections. 
I like the golden warmth of the color balance.
I like the fence. I cropped it so the fence line is roughly along a third and the horizon is along the other third. Vertically, the fence post leads into the tree that leads into the sun.
