These tires have been mounted for my four mile round trip to work, unmounted, remounted a few weeks later, ridden another 4 mile trip to work, unmounted and then sat on the shelf for over a year.
The front tire shows barely any signs of wear.

In my opinion, if you want to play on the street with a dirt bike, these are the tires to have unless you go sumo.
