IXS Nandi 2XL measures 36 to 38 elastic waist & 34 inseam. These are lower priced but well made & still have some nice features like waterproof zip vents..a removable insulated liner (the waterproof liner is built into the pants)...outside zip adjustable knee armor & hip pads...2 zip front pockets....built in velcro adj waist straps...& a full wrap around zip for jacket attach. Lower leg boot zips too.

Next is a more upper priced pant....
IXS Caracas II in light grey. Size 3XL or (w38-40x34in) measured. These are a lightweight textile pant with removable 2 stage liners. As close to a mesh pant as Ive seen. Should be great in Texas heat. Use only the thin waterproof liner or zip in the inner insulated part. Liners zip to waist & lower legs. The pants also have multiple zip vents... Thigh...lower leg inlets & rear waist outlets. Lower leg adj velcro straps & boot zip gussets. Wrap around jacket zip. Leather inner leg at knees with zips for adjustable armor. Hip pads ..Adj velcro waist straps.
These pants are lightweight enuff..& with the venting system could be an option instead of mesh pants.
