1. Eureka Spitfire tent. $55
(Marketed as 2-person, but only if both are the size of a 10-year old.)
Quick to put up and take down. Have camped in snow, wind and rain with this. Great backpacking and MC camping tent.
Eureka has discontinued this model, but the description below is specific to the Spitfire 2. Poles and cords are in excellent condition. Only has 6 of the original tent stakes, which are subpar. I’ve been replacing them with titanium stakes which are now with my new tent. A ground cloth came with it, but for the wrong tent. Regardless, it has worked fine.
“The full coverage fly features a poke-out vent that's closable and accessible from inside the tent. Side release buckles attach the fly to body for fast easy set up. Only two stakes are required to secure the tent's body, and post and grommet corner attachments make set up easy. Other features include:
3. GPSmap 60CSx. $60.00
Two very small, minor, shallow scratches on screen, but do not interfere with map and page views.
Street Maps loaded. Also have Western topo maps on micro SD card if interested.
Comes with zippered cloth pouch. Seam at the top has split, but still usable. Good for protection. Belt clip and adaptor for vehicle mount.
Have used this for work and bike trips, and has served me well. Santa presented me with a new 64ST, so time for a new home for this guy.
Will consider shipping, but buyer pays shipping cost. Otherwise, I can hand off at some point around north Austin, or area around Lago Vista and Marble Falls until April 10.
Message me or post here if interested. Don’t give up if I don’t answer right away; I work all week and rarely get online then.
