This is a pair of First Gear 38 waist 31 inseam waterproof over pants with a removable insulated liner. They have velcro adjustable Temperfoam armor pads in knees & hips. Also full leg zippers for easy on/off. Velcro waist straps & cuff adj. 3 waterproof pockets
Quality Hypertex Sheltex & Thinsulate materials used throughout.
This pair has a short seam split in the kee area of r/h leg....easily repaired...does not affect waterproof liner
