This is a Mesh-Tex series 3 jacket which has had an armor upgrade from the std TemperFoam pads in sleeves to CE rated shoulder & Elbow protection & better back protector.
The jacket also comes with the zip out wind blocker. It has adj sleeve & waist straps too. The label size is a mens XL but I think it fits more like a LG or 44
