Been a few years but used them twice. Felt good about both deals. Came to house, checked car, got a check. They drove them off.
 
Probably too late a response for you but I sold a car to them a few years ago. Overall the process was easy and went smoothly. They have an office in SW Austin so I was able to just drop off the car there instead of them picking it up. When I did the guy did a walk around then gave me a check. Easy peasy.
 
The guy that owns gimme the vin jhon clay wolf is quite the character he's been rejuvenating walnut springs 20 miles from granbury and has a ranch out there also .we do last Sunday of the month backroads cruise he ride's dirtbikes pretty cool guy other than little attitude now and then 😆
