Just the X-grip. Had it a few years but one of the little rubber grips fell off. They sell replacements.

Wanted to add that I haven't had an issue with this, I would recommend getting a tether just in case based on other's experiences.

Glue those rubber things down or it can happen while you are riding and you lose a new $750 phone.
 
To far for me but thanks for the offer.
 
Ebay has knock-offs for like $20 with power. I've been using several for years, and finally had a phone fall out when I hit a series of potholes going downhill in a turn at 35-40mph just outside Prescott. Next time I'll use the rubber butterfly thingy to make sure it stays put. Tough phone, good case, no marks on it anywhere.
