Story is Grant almost left early and was going to Kawi but close ties to KTM kept him from doing it. A lot of talk about the bike not being at a factory level. Sherco did some pretty incredible things in 2 years. Always hoping that these smaller companies can compete with the big boys. Wish there was a way Off-Road racing could get crowds and TV. Its an incredible venue. TV is the future for dirt bikes. SX supports MX and is where the money is. Looks like Cody Webb and Aspear are going to have to keep the fire burning until 2022!

It did looked bad how well Steward did on the Yamaha. I was rooting for Sherco, Grant & Webb.
It also shows how bad the money is in trials when those guys go to offroad / hard enduros. I remember the rumor that Villapoto's contact took the budget for the Kawasaki off-road team, ending it at the time.
Watching some old videos, the number of different manufacturers was fantastic. Different times...
