No, it is literally on fire. A passing motorist alerted him when they saw it. He had no idea! I don't recall the exact cause.

It depends on how far it goes and what might be just out of the bottom of the pic...
If that one strip goes the whole way and stays about that size and condition, I don't think it would be too bad. If it stops at the bottom of that pic and the rest of the "road" looks like the other section of the road, well...
