Hill Country Hangout 2025





April 4-6, 2025 Kerrville, Texas




Join the San Antonio BMW RA at Kerrville-Schreiner Park in Kerrville, TX April 4-6 for a couple of days of beautiful springtime in the Texas Hill Country. The rally camping will be in the Fawn Hide-a-Way loop; dining hall and mini-cabins in the Midway Mini-Cabin loop. The GPS coordinates for the entrance to the Park at State Park Rd 19 and FM 173 are 30.011739, -99.122925. Note that this is NOT the same as the entrance to the river side of the park which is on the opposite side of FM 173. Rally Check-In opens at noon in the dining hall in the Midway Mini-Cabin Loop on April 4. The HCH 2025 is a rain or shine event.

Rally fee of $50 includes 2 nights tent camping, Friday and Saturday night dinner, poker run (additional $5 entry fee), and door prizes and awards. You will be situated in some of the best riding in Central Texas - minutes from Hwy 16 and the Three Sisters.

Having gone the last two years and finally talked into a bunk in a cabin this year, I can honestly say this is one of the most fun riding and meet up opportunities around. Also a great bargain.
 
I am already registered and looking forward to the rally. I have been going for many years and it is my favorite.
 
Will be trying to join this year again as well. Missed last year but was there in 2023 and had a blast. Met a lot of very nice people and all motorcycles are welcome.
 
Just registered for this event again. That'll my 2nd time. Looking forward to meeting up with some TWT members such as GSer and others as well.
 
This will be the 3rd time for me. I got a bunk in a cabin with a buddy coming from AZ and another gentleman I met last year at the event from Dallas area. One spot still open in the cabin.... It will be split 4 ways and yes some probably snore...

Shaping up for another great Rally - Raffle items starting to accumulate and only 3 cabins remain!
 
I am attending. I lived in the HC few years ago. Looked at my old gravel routes and seems like most have been chip sealed. Can you advise on some gravel routes we can tackle during the Hangout?
 
How many folks near Cypress would like to ride down together?
 
All cabins are sold out but we have one bunk left in a 4 bunk cabin very close to the dining hall if someone needs it. PM me if interested.

The HCH 2025 Rally is quickly approaching. As for previous HCH Rallys, we're assembling exciting items for Friday and Saturday Raffles - to include MotoAmerica Superbikes tickets, Sargent Seats discount coupons, Optimate 4 Battery Tender, RoHS YL03 Jump Starter & Air Compressors and more. Dinners of Bratwurst (Friday), Brisket (Saturday) and Hill Country-style beans planned.
