HJC IS-33 Helmet, size Medium. It's a great warm weather helmet, has a flip up shield with an inner drop down sun visor. Includes the storage bag and and a new unused smoke shield.
I used it last summer and it's a great helmet. I just got a Nolan N-44 so this one's got to go.
