Howdy! I'm new to this forum, but I'm not new to forums or bikes.
I'm 55 years old, just getting back into riding after taking 15 years off.
Currently own a Honda Shadow 750, previously owned a CB750 Nighthawk, a Ninja GPZ 400 (in Japan), and my first bike, a KZ440 LTD.
The Shadow is my first V-Twin, but I've been riding it all summer now, and it's been a nice mellow bike to get me back up in the wind. But at only 47 hp, I do miss the smooth power of the inline fours.
I was looking at getting another Nighthawk 750, but they're getting harder to find in good shape and parts are no longer as accessible as they were 15 years ago.
So now I'm looking at getting a CB919 Hornet, ZRX1200, or something similar.
I'd be interested in meeting other riders who are interested in exploring some of the natural beauty here in the DFW area.
