It has the two metal tabs at one end. I don't think any hardware is missing but I can't be 100% sure.

I got this from the seller of the DL650 I bought earlier this year. He said he never could figure out how it fits. Well that turned out to be because it's for a DR650... Wrong bike.

Come and get it in Spring Branch. Or I'll ship if needed at your cost.
