It must have happened right before I got home on my last ride. I went out into the garage to make room for another bike and noticed the tire looked a little low. It didn't take long to spot that nail. The tire strips in my repair kit were OLD and in need of replacing anyway, so I made a quick trip into town to get new strips and some new glue. All patched up now. Probably need a new tire soon anyway.

You know how to pick them up Scott. You centered up on that one..

I think it was a left over from when our house and garage got re-roofed this summer.

Our neighborhood has lots of new construction. On poodle walks I always pick up and discard nails from the streets. I always check bike tires before a ride.. good on you.
