I’m about to have a long commute for my new job and need something with better mileage than the 11mpg on Premium my Land Cruiser gets.

My current divorce is keeping me from buying a new one.

Looking for a pre-loved TW200/CRF250L/KLX250/ETC in the East Texas or Dallas area.

TW for a commuter? Interesting choice.

Re: ISO/WANTED TW200 $1,200-$2,000

There are 25 miles of county roads between my farm and where I will be working in Tyler.

My current daily driver is a Toyota Land Cruiser with a V-8, 5.29 gears, AWD, and 35” mud terrains.

$60 fill ups every few days is brutal.

If you take over payments on the ex wife too, you’ve got a deal!

What do you guys think? Salvage title with bent frame by foot peg.

Let's see, 28,000 miles on a 250cc single. Salvage title. NADA says $2100 for average price of an average bike. Knock off $500 for above average mileage and $500 for decreased resale value due to the salvage title. $1100 MAXIUM.

NADA, SMADA
$2,100 for an average bike? Lol don't think I've ever seen one of these for less than $3,000
$1,100 MAX..maybe if you wait about another 15 years.

I messaged the seller and he lowered it to $1,800

He understood and felt $1,600 would be reasonable.

A very quick search found 5 from 1 to 3 years newer. All have less than 4,000 miles and a clear title. $3500 seems to be the asking price, but not a selling price since the length of time they have been listed=3 weeks to 3 months. One 2016 with 1,500 miles, in new condition for $3,600. Been for sale for a month. I would rather have a 2016 with 1,500 miles and a clear title for $3,600 than three 2013 bikes with a salvage title and 28,000 miles for $1,100 each.

My Land Cruiser has 288,XXX miles.

If something is maintained miles don’t scare me too much.

I’m also a little desperate as I can’t afford $3,500 bikes right now.

Knowing myself, I’d end up taking whatever I buy to Barnwell to run the loop.

That KLR is a big heavy girl, and I am not a Jedi level rider.

Your at the price of mine that has a title, runs good and ready to ride. Take it to Barnwell if you want it has been there before.

Hey man!

I offered you $200 over what you paid for the TW last month from another member on here, and was still waiting to hear back from you on whether or not we could make a deal.

The Honda has more power and would probably be more comfortable. It’s pretty tempting if I’m paying $1,600.
